A fine wine investment start-up, needed a brand and marketing materials to establish and promote themselves to their select audience. The core inference of the brief was 'look established and trustworthy'; the execution was elegant and refined.
Creating an identity that speaks 'established and trustworthy' brought to mind few basic visual references: lions and shields were strong among them, so I used these, combined with a monogram. To get the typography right, I photographed lots of old wooden wine boxes my Dad had laying around for inspiration.
